After years of living and selling premier properties across the Caribbean and Latin America — from Mexico to Costa Rica and Panama — my connection to water became part of who I am. When I returned to the Carolinas to start my family, that same connection drew me to a spectacular piece of land on Lake Keowee’s blue waters.
I partnered again with Stephen Fuller to create a master plan of vintage-style lake cottages — a main home, guest cottage, and carriage house — offering families the flexibility to build in phases. Conceived in 2012, as the market emerged from the 2008 downturn, the concept let buyers begin with a guest cottage for weekend getaways and expand later into a full lake estate.
Each design balanced proportion, character, and Southern grace — a return to authentic living inspired by my years on tropical shores.
